The GRIT Program provides a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk individuals to grow, learn, and succeed. A joint effort by Friends Rehabilitation Program (FRP) and Provision Vocational Training Center (PVTC), GRIT is designed to empower participants with the tools they need to overcome challenges and thrive. 

The program offers hands-on construction training that includes industry-specific certifications, solar energy education, and practical skills in high-demand industries such as general construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. 

By fostering resilience, leadership, and community engagement, GRIT helps every participant unlock their full potential and contribute to a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
