PowerCorpsPHL

PowerCorpsPHL connects people to careers and advances community.

In Philadelphia, PowerCorpsPHL engages un- and under-employed 18- to 30-year-olds in an immersive, paid 4- to 24-month experience that results in connection to living wage jobs in clean energy, green infrastructure, and community-based careers.

Outside of Philadelphia, PowerCorpsPHL designs, advises, and supports the adaptation of our model in cities across the country.

Increasing sustainability. Fueling workforce success.

By engaging participants in environmental stewardship and civic service, the program helps them develop critical job skills and leadership abilities. PowerCorpsPHL participants work on meaningful projects, such as maintaining parks, enhancing green infrastructure, and improving public spaces, all while contributing to the city’s sustainability efforts.

Through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience, the program not only creates pathways to employment in green industries but also fosters a sense of community responsibility, helping to shape the next generation of leaders who will continue to strengthen and uplift Philadelphia.
