Re-entry Program

Friends Rehabilitation Program, Transforming Lives, Changing Communities (TLCC), is a holistic wraparound service that supports successful reentry efforts for justice-involved individuals.

TLCC is a trauma-focused program whose mission is to serve as a change agent for re-entry while building safe and thriving communities.

Housing
Assistance

The Housing Assistance Program provides housing counseling and access to affordable housing for justice-involved individuals.

Workforce
Development

FRP offers employment assessments, resume building, mock interviews, and referrals to competitive career opportunities.

Mentoring
Program

Peer led and facilitated workshops and individual support offered to establish prosocial thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

Family
Reunification

FRP works with participants to reunite them with family and community networks, as well as setting goals and expectations.

Individual & Group Counseling

FRP provides individual and/or group counseling to assist individuals to overcome barriers to successful reintegration.

Behavioral Health & Wellness

FRP partners with community organizations that provide behavioral health and wellness services. FRP refers participants to the community partners.

Community Building & Restoration

FRP collaborates with civic and neighborhood organizations to rebuild and restore FRP offers employment assessments, communities.

How it works

  • Participants need a referral from their Probation or Parole Officer and proof of income
  • The Housing Assistance Program provides counseling and access to affordable housing for justice-involved individuals anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania
  • In order to receive services from Friends Rehabilitation Program (FRP), participants need to be on Special Probation or Parole
  • Proof of income must be presented with weekly or biweekly paystubs. The Housing Assistance Program offers a one-time stipend of $2,100 to be used for moving costs (First, Last, and Security Deposit)
  • The rental property that you select must have a monthly rent that is within 30-45% of your monthly income
  • FRP has relationships with landlords that have vacant rooms and apartments available for rent
  • The rental property must be within the Pennsylvania Fair Market Rent Pricing
